Schedule and Fees
Yoga and Talk™: Therapy Groups for Girls and College Age Women (ongoing)
High School Group (ages 14-18)
College Age Group (ages 18-25)
These ongoing groups meets weekly on Mondays (College Age Women) or Thursdays (High School Girls) from 5:30-7:15 p.m.
$ 45 per session
$ 100 for initial 50 minute pre-group interview
The groups require a commitment to pay for each session regardless of attendance. Receipts for insurance reimbursement will be provided upon request.
Kundalini for Clinicians
Tuesdays 9am-10:45am
8 week series starts Tuesday, February 21, 2012
$40/session
Taught by Kelly Inselmann in the Kundalini Yoga Tradition (as taught by Yogi Bhajan).
